Did you not receive the package? It depends on the chosen shipping method how you get your package.

Home courier
If your package was not delivered, the home courier informs us the same day. We will contact you to discuss the next options. Keep in mind our courier specializes in valuable transportation, so they are not in your area every day as a standard. A ride is therefore specially tailored to your address. Therefore, we would like to ask you to make sure that you can receive the package at the first delivery time.

Private courier
If it has not been possible to deliver your package, the private courier informs us immediately. We will then contact you to discuss the next options. Please note that we make an appointment with each other for the delivery, so the ride is specially tailored to your address. If you are not present despite the appointment, there may be additional charges for the next delivery attempt. Therefore, we would like to ask you to make sure that you are able to receive the package during the agreed moment.

Due to busy times, delivery can sometimes be delayed. Because your package will be delivered to a service point, delay occurs less often than with home delivery. With a PostNL account, you can easily track the status of your package. Once the package is delivered to the service point, you can pick it up at a time of your choice. 

When a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the track & trace code indicates the next action. This depends on the country of delivery. UPS may make one or two more delivery attempts to your home on subsequent business days. It is also possible that the package will be taken to a service point nearby so you can pick it up at a time of your liking.

Office visit
Did you have an appointment and failed to arrive on time or missed the appointment? Please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule. Please note that your order must be shipped from our warehouse to our office for your appointment and we do not keep stock in our office. Therefore, your package may be returned to the warehouse for security reasons. It may therefore be possible a new pickup time cannot be scheduled the next business day, as well as due to our packed agenda.
