Payment failed or declined

If your payment was unsuccessful, you can manually pay the amount by bank transfer. Please note your order number in the description of the payment. If you are not sure whether your payment has gone through correctly, please contact us so that we can check this.

It is possible your bank holds your payment as it is a higher amount than you normally pay or because they do not know our account number and want to verify the payment. This is normal and an extra check by your bank to prevent fraud on your account. You can indicate it is a legitimate and deliberate purchase, then your bank can continue with the payment.
