Tracking order status

You can track the status of your order in your account. You can find out what the status means here.

When you place the order you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the expected delivery time. When the order has been processed in our external warehouse, you will receive confirmation by e-mail. If you have the order shipped, you will also receive the track & trace code. 

The status 'backorder' means that one or more products from your order are not yet in stock. The expected delivery time can be found in the order confirmation in your email. As soon as your order gets the status 'processing', this means that your order will usually be processed within 1 to 2 working days.
