Products that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours. If you place an order before 12.00 and pay the amount with Deal, you will usually receive the order the next day if the products are in stock.
The delivery time of your order depends on the chosen shipping method. For shipments with PostNL, home courier and UPS you will receive a track and trace code from us as soon as the order has been shipped. This allows you to track the package online and usually there is also an indication of the expected delivery time.
With the private courier shipping method, our planner will contact you within 5 working days to discuss the available delivery days for your region and to make an appointment. Due to crowds, the planning can sometimes take longer, feel free to call us if you have not been able to make an appointment after five working days.
